A PERSPECTIVE ON: “Selling Customer Value”……instead of product!

 

HOW DOES STARBUCKS DO IT??!!

Somewhat controversial but it makes sense, in order for business to truly understand their customers (or obtain customers) selling them “VALUE” is and will be vital in keeping them. I think it’s a fallacy to think that the only value a business can provide a customer is with a “Product” alone. True, there has to be an agreement that your product/service has to fulfill a specific need…..the question remains “How can you ensure that “NEED” is of significant “VALUE” to the customer.
